Jason (Jay) Matthew Waugh began his new journey in the next life on January 7, 2019 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. He battled valiantly while surrounded by his mother, Jo Waugh-Derk, Coal Twp., PA; brother Jeremy (Jerm) Waugh and his wife Amy, Nicholasville, KY; brother Rich (Ich) Waugh and his wife Christina, Mt. Carmel, PA; sister Jessie (Jeep) Derk and her partner Heather Hammond, Wilkes-Barre, PA; cousin Heather Reppert and her husband Dusty, Sagon, PA; step father Tim Derk, Bloomsburg, PA; along with multiple other friends and co-workers.
He enjoyed movies, music, family and good spirits. He will be sadly missed, forever cherished and celebrated as he journeys through new adventures in the next life.
